2UGLi
[ FILM PREVIEW ]
A selected preview from the 2UGLi promotional visual world, with recurring characters, warm light and tactile film texture.
[ THE PROMOTIONAL FILM ]
A night out, three characters and a world built around the music.
I created promotional visuals for 2UGLi, bringing familiar comedy references into a tactile hip-hop world. The release pairs the film with We Own The Night by 2UGLi and Genezis.
The same characters move through a storefront, a house party and late-night food stops. Wardrobe, jewellery, grain and warm practical light connect the scenes, giving the humour a consistent cinematic setting.

PRODUCTION NOTES
THE ASSIGNMENT
Follow recurring characters through a night out for the 2UGLi promotional film, connecting the street, party and record shop.
The same characters, different places
The 2UGLi promotional film follows recurring characters through a night out. Streetwear, jewellery and character treatment connect the exterior, house party and record shop. Those repeated details make a change of location feel like the next scene in the same film.
Continuity beyond the face
Warm practical light and film grain hold the scenes together alongside the characters. The record-shop frame also brings the album sleeve into their world. Compare it with the party frame: the setting changes, while wardrobe, group identity and texture remain the visual anchors.
THE HANDOVER
Chris Raw created the promotional visual world, character treatment, continuity, motion, edit and finishing. The collaboration was published with We Own The Night by 2UGLi and Genezis and credits Visuals by @itsrawchris. The linked Instagram release is the public reference for that credit.

[ MY ROLE ]
I shaped the visual world, character treatment and scene continuity, then carried the images through motion, edit and finishing. The client published the collaboration with an explicit Visuals by @itsrawchris credit.
