FROM TRACK TO FINAL CUT: MY AI MUSIC VIDEO PROCESS

[ THE SHORT ANSWER ]
An AI music video is not made by pressing generate until enough clips appear. I treat it as a film: understand the track, define a visual system, build shots for an edit, then finish the image and every delivery format deliberately.
THE TRACK DEFINES THE JOB
I begin with the finished or near-finished track, the artist's context, the audience and the release plan. I identify the emotional turn, the images the artist already owns and the gap the new film has to fill.
Before production, I write down the master duration, vertical versions, release date, review stages and usage. A beautiful film delivered in the wrong shape is still a failed production.
- Track and artist context
- Audience and release objective
- Master and campaign formats
- Review and delivery dates
DIRECTION BECOMES A SHOT SYSTEM
The concept becomes rules for characters, locations, camera, light, color, texture and motion. I then build shot families rather than isolated images, so wides, portraits and details can cut together.
I assemble an early sequence while scenes are still being developed. That exposes repetition, weak transitions and continuity problems before time is spent finishing the wrong material.
THE FILM IS FINISHED IN THE EDIT
The final stage is editorial, not generative: rhythm, sound relationship, shot duration, transitions, color, grain, sharpness and typography are judged as one experience.
Delivery includes the agreed masters and campaign versions, checked at their real dimensions. The process ends when the release files work, not when the last image has been generated.
