WHAT YOU BUY
One Visual World Audit for one music release: a visual diagnosis; three directions, each with a premise, palette and material, setting or character language, camera and light logic, and production fit; a written decision rationale; a release asset map; and a recommended next move. Everything is delivered in one private designed PDF. No call or recording is included or required. It is strategy and art direction, not finished video production, generated footage, editable source files, campaign management or guaranteed commercial performance.
PRICE & TAX
The base one-time price is $350. Stripe displays the final total, currency conversion and applicable tax before payment. The invoice uses the billing and tax information supplied at checkout.
WHEN WORK STARTS
The Audit is delivered no later than the fifth business day after receipt of a complete, accessible brief—not from payment alone. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain. Missing passwords, inaccessible links or materially incomplete information pause the schedule. A revised delivery date will be communicated if a dependency changes.
YOUR MATERIAL
You confirm that you are authorised to share the track, artwork, references and project information for private review. They are used only to deliver and administer the Audit. Ownership of your material remains with its respective owners.
THE OUTPUT
The Audit is an original professional opinion and decision framework. It may refer to cultural or visual references but does not grant rights to third-party works. The client remains responsible for clearing any later production assets, music, talent, locations, fonts, imagery or trademarks.
CHANGES & NEXT STEPS
The scope includes one completed Audit, not unlimited revisions. Factual corrections may be raised promptly after delivery. Production is quoted individually: use the project form or email contact@rawchris.com. If the same release and buyer commission production within 30 calendar days of Audit delivery, the Audit fee paid is credited in full against production. Purchasing the Audit creates no obligation to continue.
CANCELLATION & CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, checkout asks you to request performance to begin after your complete brief even if that period is still running. If you withdraw after requested work has begun, a proportionate amount may be due; the withdrawal right is lost only after full performance where the law and your express acknowledgment allow it. If Chris Raw cannot perform the service, the undelivered amount will be refunded.
PAYMENT & PRIVACY
Stripe hosts payment and invoice collection. Card details are not stored by this site. Operational data, the private brief and optional marketing consent are described in the Audit privacy notice.
