[ PRIVATE MATERIAL / MINIMUM DATA ]
YOUR TRACK.
NOT OUR CONTENT.
The private brief is used to deliver the Audit, not to train models or build public case studies.
CONTROLLER
Christian Eliseo Martull Aguín, trading as Chris Raw Studio / itsrawchris, self-employed professional (autónomo). NIF: 43221580A. Address: C/ Estel n.º 6, 1.º A, 07400 Alcúdia, Illes Balears, Spain. Privacy contact: contact@rawchris.com.
WHAT IS USED
Stripe processes payment, billing, tax and invoice data. This site stores the order reference and status, a one-way checkout-email hash, service workflow status and the information you submit in the private brief: contact details, artist or project name, track link, release timing, audience, objectives, current identity, references, requested pieces and working production range. Full card details are not stored here.
WHY
Data is used to perform the service contract, verify private access, prepare and deliver the Audit, communicate about the project, prevent abuse, process refunds or disputes and meet accounting, tax and legal duties. Optional marketing is separate and never a condition of purchase.
PRIVATE MATERIAL
Tracks, passwords, artwork and references are reviewed privately by Chris Raw and only by processors needed to host or transmit the service. They are not published, licensed, sold, used in a public portfolio or supplied as AI-training data without a separate written agreement.
PROVIDERS
Stripe provides checkout and invoicing. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and the operational database. Google Workspace or Resend sends transactional email; Google Drive may hold restricted accounting documents. Each receives only the information needed for its role under its applicable safeguards.
RETENTION & RIGHTS
Contract, invoice and accounting records are kept for required legal periods. The project brief is kept only as long as reasonably needed to deliver, support and document the service or resolve a dispute, then deleted or anonymised where lawful. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local authority.
OPTIONAL WEBSITE ANALYTICS
Optional visit and interaction measurement starts only after you accept it. You can reject or withdraw it using Privacy settings without affecting the service. See the site analytics and storage notice for the data, retention and preference controls.
