PRODUCT, PRICE & DELIVERY

DARKMODE is a downloadable digital toolkit with a regular one-time price of $59 USD. The final Founders launch allocation is $39 USD for the next seven eligible purchases while the Stripe-controlled limit remains available. No promotion code is required. The final payable total, currency, discount and any applicable tax will be displayed before the payment button. Delivery begins only after successful payment through a private page and transactional email. Access normally expires after 72 hours and allows three downloads.

LICENCE

One purchase grants the original purchaser one limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence. The files may be used in personal projects and paid client work. Rendered videos and flattened images may be delivered, published and monetised. Credit is not required. The licence covers one person or legal entity and one seat.

NO SHARING OR RESALE

Source files may not be sold, resold, shared, gifted, lent, uploaded, sublicensed or redistributed, including modified versions. They may not be offered as stock, included in another asset pack or template, exposed through a service where others can extract them, used to create a substantially competing product or supplied as machine-learning training or reference data without separate written permission. Every collaborator who receives source files needs a separate licence or written multi-seat licence.

IDENTIFIED DELIVERY

Each delivered archive receives a unique licence ID, order reference and cryptographic proof. The marker contains no buyer name or email, but Chris Raw privately retains the association with the order. Download attempts are limited, links expire, and access is revoked after a refund, dispute or material licence breach. Removing a marker does not change the licence or transfer ownership.

1. LICENCE GRANT
The original purchaser receives one limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use DARKMODE in personal projects and paid client work. Rendered videos and flattened images may be delivered, published and monetised.

2. SINGLE BUYER / SINGLE SEAT
The licence belongs only to the person or legal entity identified by the original purchase. Source files may not be passed to a client, collaborator, employee, contractor or another business. Every person who needs access to the source files requires their own licence unless Chris Raw grants a written multi-seat licence.

3. PROHIBITED USES
The purchaser may not sell, resell, share, gift, lend, upload, sublicense, distribute or otherwise make available any source file, guide, node tree, LUT, PowerGrade or modified version of those materials. The materials may not be offered as stock, included in another asset pack or template, exposed through a service where a third party can extract them, used to create a substantially competing product, or used as training or reference data for a machine-learning model without separate written permission.

4. MODIFICATIONS AND BACKUPS
The purchaser may modify the materials only for licensed project use. Modification does not transfer ownership of the underlying materials or remove this licence. One reasonable private backup is permitted. A backup may not be shared or placed in publicly accessible storage.

5. IDENTIFICATION AND ENFORCEMENT
Each delivered archive contains a unique licence identifier and cryptographic proof associated with the order. Removing an identifier does not expand the licence. If the source files are redistributed, Chris Raw may revoke delivery access, request removal from hosts and marketplaces, and pursue the remedies available by law.

6. OWNERSHIP, TERMINATION AND MANDATORY RIGHTS
Chris Raw retains all intellectual-property rights not expressly licensed. The licence ends automatically after a material breach unless Chris Raw confirms otherwise in writing. Termination does not affect lawful finished work created before the breach, but all source-file use must stop. Nothing in this licence excludes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be limited.

PRODUCT LIMITS

Results depend on the source image, exposure, color management, editor and settings. No exact match to a Chris Raw film is promised. Compatibility will be stated against the tested editor versions at launch. Mandatory consumer guarantees are not excluded.

WITHDRAWAL & CONFORMITY

Where consumer law applies, the buyer will be asked to expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once access or download begins. That consent and the contract confirmation will be provided in a durable form. This does not remove statutory remedies if the product is not supplied, is defective or does not match its description.

PAYMENT & PRIVACY

Checkout is hosted by Stripe using its secure payment interface. Card data will not be stored in this website's source code. Stripe creates the numbered invoice after successful payment using the billing and tax information supplied by the buyer. Its hosted invoice and PDF are included in the purchase communications, while a restricted accounting copy is archived for the legally required period.
